All ROBSANS engagements are priced as fixed-fee quotes issued within 24 hours of receiving your drawings and scope. The ranges below are typical guides — your exact quote depends on drawing completeness, sheet count, and trade scope.
All tiers include PDF markups, Excel workbook, and a scope summary. Pricing ranges reflect typical mid-size commercial projects — your fixed-fee quote is based on your actual drawings.
Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing — your choice. Ideal for subcontractors pricing a single scope or GCs filling a gap in their takeoff.
All three trades in one coordinated package — single point of contact, unified BOQ, combined markups. No scope gaps at the trade interfaces.
Layer material and labor pricing onto any takeoff package. We apply your preferred rates or widely used databases with all inputs documented.
Every project is different. Our fixed-fee quote is based on a quick review of your drawings — we look at sheet count, drawing completeness, trade scope, and any special coordination requirements before sending a number.
We never pad quotes for ambiguity — if we identify a scope risk, we name it in the quote so you can decide how to handle it. No scope creep, no change orders to our fee.
More sheets and incomplete drawings take longer. Vector PDFs or native CAD/BIM files reduce time and improve accuracy.
Single trade vs. full MEP. Complex systems (healthcare, lab exhaust, high-voltage) may take more time than standard commercial.
Multiple material alternates or extensive VE modeling increases scope. We'll confirm how many scenarios are included.
Rush fees apply for turnaround under 3 business days. Tell us your bid date and we'll confirm feasibility upfront.
No upsells for the basics. These are standard in every ROBSANS engagement.
